Setup & Troubleshooting

  1. Initial Setup

    Download the installer from your account dashboard. Run as administrator on Windows or allow system extensions on macOS. The setup wizard will guide you through the configuration process.

  2. Database Connection Issues

    If sync fails, check your firewall settings and ensure ports 443 and 80 are open. Clear your browser cache and disable VPN temporarily during initial setup.

  3. Performance Optimization

    For better performance, close unnecessary background applications and ensure your device has at least 20% free storage space. Enable hardware acceleration in your browser settings.

  4. Data Backup

    Your expense data automatically syncs to our secure cloud servers every 15 minutes. You can also manually export your data from the Settings menu for additional backup security.
